Landlord's Fees and Services

 

Registration Fee Per Property:                                   £225.00 - This covers initial setup and

                                                                                     advertising throughout our involvement.  This is                                                                                         deducted from the first months’ rent

 

 

 

Contract Completion                                                   £135.00

Credit, Employment and Right to Rent Checks:         £50.00 per tenant

Commission:                                                                8% - Of monthly rent collected

 

Digital Inventory & Schedule of Condition:               £78.00 - Initial inventory *

                                                                                     £36.00 - 3 monthly insoection *

 

Energy Performance Certificate:                                £92.50 - Lasts for ten years

 

 Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses – optional           £130.00 - for a six month period

                                                                                     £210.00 - for a twelve month period
